This is typically used when there is an all-day event (wedding) where there is a day before/after for set-up or cleanup-up.
$700 fee for this 24 hour rental.

If a bartender is requested there is a $300 bar minimum. The bartender cost is included in the rental fee, however if the bar sales are not over $300 there will be a charge of the difference added to the rental fee.
Booking is not completely confirmed until phone call with the event center staff takes place
